Elaine Davis Peebles
Elaine Davis Peebles is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, Collin County Association of Realtors, the North Texas MLS (NTREIS), Leonard Chamber of Commerce, the Preservation league and Treasurer of All-School Reunion. She works for Fannin County Precinct 4 and serves as Secretary of FRRTD. She is Secretary of the BEES Committee and Sub-division Chairperson. Elaine has lived in Fannin County all her life and graduated Leonard High School in 1965. She attended College at ETSU Commerce and Collin College in McKinney. Elaine's father and brother founded Sudderth Real Estate in 1972, and Elaine carried on the family business with her brother, Joe after their father's passing. She remained a Broker Associate after the business was sold to the present owners. Elaine and her brother, Buster's presence and contribution to Sudderth Real Estate still lend that family business charm and character that Leonard residents are well familiar with. Elaine has served Real Estate clients for the past 15 years, has been a Notary Public for 20 years, is skilled in accounting and has owned and operated various other businesses, including a wedding cake business and raising cattle. In her earlier years, Elaine was always active in the community while raising her family. She kept the nursery at First Baptist Church, taught Bluebirds, Cub Scouts, Webelos, coached softball and was a member Leonard School's PTL for 14 years. She has worked with Garden Club, the Beautification Committee, Friends of the Library and Parade Committee. Elaine enjoys crocheting, canning, baking, traveling with her husband, Don and spoiling her children, 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Elaine and Don presently live in Dodd City. |
