Broker, Rodger Alexander, a Texas Native, has been in the Real Estate Business in North Texas Area Since 2000. During this time, he has been involved is several development projects that have contributed to the City of Leonard and Fannin County. Rodger is the Real Estate Broker for SRE-Sudderth Real Estate Inc., Licensee in the State of Texas.

Rodger is a Member of The National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, Collin County Association of Realtors, the North Texas Real Estate Information System (MLS), Lands of America, and Lands of Texas.  Rodger has sat on the Fannin County Subdivision Board (2008-2015) and has sat as Chairman of the Fannin County Subdivision Board (2010-2014). Rodger also was appointed to the Leonard Community Development Corporation in 2016 and in 2018 beginned the term he was elected President until 2021. Rodger also is a member of the Leonard Chamber of Commerce and the Anna Chamber of Commerce.

Rodger graduated from McKinney High, Graduated from Grayson County College (Associate Degree) Graduated from East Texas A & M with a (Bachelor of Arts Degree) and Rodger has a Real Estate Broker License by the State of Texas.

Rodger has been in development and management of many projects in the past and enjoys helping with these projects now. Rodger has had experiences with Rental Properties, Farming, Ranching, Commercial Retail Development, Residential Development, and Building.

As the Broker and Owner he wants to support the local community, help develop and bring new businesses to this area. He has already brought several new businesses to the Leonard Community. He wants to help in the building and growth of this great community here in Leonard. Rodger does love the outdoors. Being born in West Texas he has always had a love for the Land. One of the biggest reason for his success and what he is so well known for is his land knowledge and has a great ability to see a use for the land.
